What this portal is for.

This is your private patient hub. The first goal is simple: complete your paperwork before you arrive, so when you walk in, you skip the clipboard, skip the waiting-room scramble, and we can spend our time on what actually matters — your care.

Beyond that, you'll find what to expect on visit day, after-care guides, your team's contact info, insurance verification, and a direct line for emergencies. Everything in one place. Always accessible.

Our commitment.

We never push unnecessary treatments. We never recommend something just because it's on the chart. We explain every option clearly, give you the time you need to decide, and respect that your mouth, your money, your decision.

If something can wait, we'll tell you. If it can't, we'll explain why in plain language. Your trust matters more than any single procedure.

If You're Anxious About The Visit
Many of our patients have dental anxiety — you're not alone. Tell us at check-in. We offer noise-canceling headphones, breaks anytime you need them, and sedation options when appropriate. Your comfort is built into the visit, not added at the end.

Anything you want to ask Dr. Pak. Most patients forget at least one question — write them down as they come up.

If you're scheduled for sedation.

Do not eat for 6 hours before your appointment. Water is fine up to 2 hours before. You'll need someone to drive you home — no exceptions. Plan a quiet rest of the day at home; sedation lingers gently for the rest of the day.

If you're coming in for a cosmetic consultation.

Bring photos of smiles you love. Bring photos of yourself when you felt your best. Bring honest reactions to the smile you have now.

Insurance is genuinely confusing. We've made it our job to make it less so. We accept most major PPO carriers and handle all filing on your behalf.

Verify your coverage.

Submit your insurance card photos through this portal (or share when you book) and we'll verify your coverage before your appointment. By the time you sit in the chair, we already know what's covered, what your copay will be, and whether you've met your deductible.

When something can't wait.

Dental emergencies happen at inconvenient times — Friday at 5 PM, Sunday morning, in the middle of the night. Here's how to handle them.

If you knock out a tooth

Every minute matters. Steps to take immediately:

  1. 1.Pick up the tooth by the crown (top) — never the root
  2. 2.Gently rinse with water (do not scrub or use soap)
  3. 3.If possible, gently place it back in the socket — bite on gauze
  4. 4.If you can't, put the tooth in milk (not water)
  5. 5.Call (516) 747-7841 immediately — even if it's the middle of the night
